Shipping + Returns

Exchanges + Returns : We are more than happy to exchange for incorrect sizing within 7 days if the item(s) are returned to us unworn, unwashed and in it's original state with hygiene strip in place. We do not accept exchanges or returns for change of mind. Exchanges are to be done at buyers own cost. Please choose sizing carefully to avoid disappointment when exchanging sizes.

Please return for exchange of size or style within 7 days from date of purchase. Please email letterbox@solbellow.com immediately so we can put the right size aside for you, and send you the return details.

We will replace any faulty items that are sent back within 10 working days from date of purchase. Your returned goods will be put through a quality review, assessed and either repaired or replaced. We will not refund your shipping costs. All items are inspected before shipping.

We do not offer refunds.

Postage: Generally Australian orders should take 2 - 5 working days to receive. International orders please allow 10 - 14 working days. Please allow us up to 3 working days to send your items.

Australia is $10.00

New Zealand is $15.00

International is $25.00.

Tracking: All International orders come with a basic tracking number which gives us very limited data. When tracked it will show once its been delivered . Australian orders also come with a tracking number. We do not take responsibility for lost items through Australia post . If you do wish for Express Post or extra insurance please email us and this can be added for extra cost.

Please note we do not take responsibility for any lost parcels . International orders are responsible for the customs rates for their country.

Pre-Oders

When placing your Pre-Order, you will be required to pay the total amount due, including postage. We cannot guarantee the exact date of arrival, we can only give you an estimate.
